Lemonade Day

Lemonade Day is an event designed to introduce youth to entrepreneurship through the real-world experience of starting their own business through a lemonade stand.

What is a Lemonade Stand? A Lemonade Stand is when you set up a table and chairs, a container of lemonade, some glasses, and a sign. With the proper planning, you then sell the lemonade to make a profit.

On the Saturday of the Pincher Creek Rodeo Parade, we are encouraging youth to set up a Lemonade Stand.

Steps to participate:

1) To register, click here. The deadline to register is August 6th by 4:00 pm.

2) Pick up a booklet from The Brick Pincher Creek or request an electronic copy at info@pincherchamber.ca.

3) FOR BONUS POINTS, make sure to head on over to the Town of Pincher Creek office to pick up a copy of your valid business license. This license will be FREE of charge as the Pincher Creek Chamber has applied on your behalf. Have it with you at your stand just in case the Bylaw Officer is out and about!

4) Choose a spot for your lemonade stand for August 16th and then let the Chamber know your location by August 6th at 4:00 pm.

5) Continue to work through the booklet.

6) Have your Lemonade Stand set up and rockin’ to impress the judges! 12:00 pm - 2:30 pm Saturday, Aug 15th.

7) Complete the remainder of the booklet after Lemonade Day.

8) Drop the completed booklet off at The Brick Pincher Creek by August 22nd at 4:00 pm (Your booklet will be returned to you once the judging is complete).

9) Wait for the winner to be announced!
