Women in Business - Women’s Health Deserves Real Conversations
May is Women’s Health Month - Join us for an evening dedicated to pelvic floor health, movement, and connection in a safe, supportive, women-only space. This isn’t just a fitness and education class. It’s a chance to learn about a very real and often unspoken concern that affects women of all ages. You’ll gain practical tools to support your body, improve strength and mobility, and feel more confident in your everyday life, all while being surrounded by a community of women lifting each other up. Light snacks and refreshments provided.

Here’s some ideas how you could lean into it:
Boots: Celebrate western heritage, rodeo gear, cowboy culture.

Bling: Think sparkle! Encourage sequins, rhinestones, belt buckles, flashy floats, and glammed-up western wear.

Join us for a rejuvenating evening at the stunning Shanti Hollow Yoga Retreat. Karla will lead us through a gentle, accessible yoga flow designed for every woman, followed by mindfulness practices shared by Marcella Bos to help you refocus and reconnect with yourself.
This is one of our special outdoor events—expect fresh air, connection, and grounding energy.
What to bring: Yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, and an open heart.
